Filter Assembly Events are a hands-on way for your group, church, or business to experience the joy of serving others around the world while addressing a very real physical need: access to clean water.
At these events:
You and your team will assemble the Sawyer PointOne Hollow Fiber Filter, the same filter used by The Bucket Ministry around the globe.
Families and children can get involved—adults assemble filters, while kids create cards and drawings to encourage recipient families.
Once your team fundraises for the filters and assembles them here in the U.S., they are shipped to active mission fields.
After your filters are placed in the field, you’ll receive:
An email notification that your filters are in use
Access to a custom digital dashboard that shows:
GPS positions of your filters
Photos of the families you’ve helped
Updates from in-country partners as they follow up with those families
We’ve created a step-by-step process to help you launch a Filter Assembly Event:
Fill out the interest form
A TBM event coordinator will contact you to discuss details
Based on your location and event size, TBM will send a coordinator and storyteller
Your team will have an amazing day learning about The Bucket Ministry and assembling life-saving water filters
We’ll get your filters into active use in the field!
