These recipients are from the remote town of Lodwar in Turkana County, Kenya. Almost 90% of those in Turkana County live in absolute poverty (meaning they survive on less than $1.90 per day)...

Although their villages are planted on the banks of the massive Amazon river, the Wai-Wai people have virtually no guaranteed access to clean, safe, drinking water.

We have begun working to provide every member of this remote tribe with their own personal long-lasting water filter!
