Our commitment to your generosity message highlighting stewardship and transparency.

The Bucket Ministry is committed to strong financial stewardship and transparency. Currently, our rolling 4-year average is 84% of every donation goes directly toward programs that provide clean water and share the Gospel with families in need, while only 16% supports administration and fundraising.

This exceeds widely recognized nonprofit benchmarks: Charity Navigator awards full credit to organizations with program expense ratios of 70% or higher, Better Business Bureau Wise Giving Alliance recommends at least 65%, and CharityWatch classifies organizations with an 80–89% program ratio as having Excellent efficiency. These standards affirm our ministry’s commitment to using donor gifts responsibly and maximizing impact in the communities we serve.

Each water filter we distribute is barcoded. From the moment a family receives their filter—and with every interaction our team members have with them thereafter—we document that journey and upload it to a personalized dashboard for you to explore. You can meet the very family your generosity has touched, view a photo of them, and see the exact GPS pinpoint of where that filter was distributed.

That means your donation, the filter, and the family it serves are permanently connected.

We don’t want you to just give $50 and wonder where it went. We want you to see – clearly and personally – the real impact your generosity has made in the life of a family in need.
